If you are downsizing, settling an estate, or simply finding it harder to get out, you do not have to come to us. One or two of our team members will visit your home, evaluate everything on the spot, and explain exactly how we reach our offer. You are always welcome to visit our Maple Grove office instead – but if travel is difficult, we are glad to come to you. Who comes to my home?
One or two of our team members, depending on what you have. You will get a confirmation beforehand with a photo and short bio, so you know exactly who is coming.
Is this only available during the advertised week?
No. We offer in-home visits year-round. When you see us advertising specific dates, that just means we are focusing on your area that week – but you can request a visit any time.
How do you decide what something is worth?
